SUMMARY:OM SHANTI BALGRUHA MENSTRUAL HYGIENE
DESCRIPTION:FreeRunners Charitable Trust in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Pune Cantonment and Giving Dilse spent Mother’s Day with the vibrant girls of the Om Shanti Balgruha\, Chakan\, orphanage. Dr. Farida Hassan conducted an interactive session on Menstrual Health and Hygiene followed by a yoga session by Ms Fatema Chakkiwala. Reusable sanitary napkins were distributed to girls of menstruating age. A fun session of hand painting\,  craft work\, and singing was conducted for the younger girls.
